Multimode compatible
All terminals are multimode compatible offering rail, road and aquatic connections. The Terneuzen-site and the new SiloLogistics Moerdijk-site, both part of the main port regions of Rotterdam and Antwerp, function as a gate of entry to central Europe. SiloLogistics combines multimode services such as storage, handling and packing using our network of hubs and smart and sustainable transport solutions. Other SiloLogistics-sites are connected with the main port areas through inland barge services. Containers arriving in Rotterdam or Antwerp are transhipped from continental and intercontinental vessels on to inland barges. During the night these barges sail to our terminals avoiding the massive and increasing road congestion.
