New faces in VSL SiloLogistics Management.
Pieter de Graeff took over as VSL SiloLogistics CEO in early April. On 11 March his predecessor Jacques Kleinkramer took his leave from company and colleagues to join De Rijke where he now fills a Management Board position. In the weeks between 11 March and early April CEO duties were assumed by interim manager Harke in den Kleef. Read more about the new CEO Pieter de Graeff and his first impressions at VSL SiloLogistics in the 'From diamond in the rough to sparkling gem' item.
The past few months saw other changes in Management as well. Two familiar faces returned to VSL SiloLogistics: Jim Wouters and Jos Lenaerts. Previously, between 1999 and 2006, Jim worked for Vos Logistics, VSL’s legal predecessor, at Tessenderlo, Belgium, where he now returns as Operational Manager. He will keep the site on track right when VSL has signed a new 7-year contract with its largest account there, Tessenderlo Chemie.
Jos Lenaerts started at VSL as Site Manager of the on-site operation at INEOS in Lillo, Belgium. He succeeds Leo van Overeem who left to join transport firm Cotrex. Having briefly worked for Talke, Jos returns to the company where he started in 2000. Between 2000 and 2009 Jos worked as a supervisor at the VSL sites in Nuth, Born and Tessenderlo.
